Quarterly Blog Post – Jan to Mar 2023

At the last quarterly update, Marian Villas on Bourke Street were nearing completion and North Park was at lockup stage. These projects progressed well and to schedule, with the Villas now complete and for sale, and North Park keys handed over to the Goulburn Mulwaree Council.

Fitzroy Street – Stage 2 continues to progress with 7 houses under way, ready for painting and 1 completed, awaiting occupation certificate.

Work has commenced at Hockey Park, as scheduled and the current focus is on the new construction of facilities, with the roof going on, windows finished and bricklayers to attend in the coming weeks. The existing amenities will receive new sheeting and windows. It is expected that the Hockey Park project will be completed at the backend of 2023.
